The owner of Facility Directions, Mr. Yesberg, can implement a broad range of customized consulting services. He provides clients with accurate, relevant, market oriented information to address their questions and concerns, and helps them apply and interpret that information to make sound, well informed business decisions. He has worked successfully with hundreds of clients in over 35 states, obtaining a broad perspective and depth of experience that few consulting organizations can match. Services can be provided with the flexibility to meet each client's needs, objectives, and budgetary constraints.

Mr. Yesberg brings over 28 years of consulting and associated experience to the firm. Previous employers have included a large bank holding company, a prominent realestate consulting firm, and a leading national firm providing consulting, architecture, and construction management services. He was a co-founder of Facility Directions, and has been president since the firm was established in 1990. In his consulting practice, he has worked in both the public and private sectors, and has completed consulting assignments for clients throughout the U.S.

Early in his career, Mr. Yesberg was an educator, a consultant, and a banker. First a middle school teacher, he was later an instructor in the Real Estate Department of Washington University (St. Louis), and Executive Consultant for BBC Institutional Facilities, a consulting group formed to serve institutional, educational, health care, and religious organizations. He has frequently qualified as an expert witness, representing clients in judicial proceedings at the national, state, and local levels.

Reflecting his acknowledged expertise and broad experience, Mr. Yesberg has spoken to numerous organizations including the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, National Association of Federal Credit Unions, Correspondent Bankers Association, and International Association of Assessing Officers, National Council of Savings Institutions and others. He has written numerous articles for publication, and has been widely quoted in professional journals.

Mr. Yesberg holds degrees from the Univeristy of Missouri-Columbia (AB in Economics) and the University of Wisconsin-Madison (MS in Real Estate Investment Analysis). His educational achievements also include on-going seminars and continuing education courses relevant to his consulting practice. He is active in civic and professional organizations, and has served on the board of directors of a local financial institutions, and as the chairman of a Planning and Zoning Commission in St. Louis County.
